I’m committed to continually expanding my skills as a counsellor. Through ongoing training and learning, I ensure I stay updated with the latest techniques to provide the best support and care for you.


Whether you have a clear sense of what’s troubling you, or you’re feeling lost, stuck, or uncertain without knowing exactly why, counselling offers a safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions. I’m passionate about continually expanding my skills, staying current with the latest therapeutic practices, and tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs.

Together, we’ll uncover the root causes of what’s holding you back, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and work on building healthier, more effective ways of coping.

I offer counselling for a range of issues, including:

Life transitions (divorce, redundancy, menopause, empty nest)


In-Person (F2F) – I offer face-to-face sessions at my office in the centre of Barnstaple. Sessions last for 1 hour.

Online – Online sessions are available, making it easier for those with busy schedules, mobility issues, or caring responsibilities to access support. Alternatively, you may simply feel more comfortable working from the privacy of your own home.

Telephone – Telephone counselling offers the same flexibility as online sessions, and may be a good option for those who don’t feel confident using technology but still wish to access support from home.
