Mental Health

If you’re feeling weighed down, talking to a qualified counsellor can make a difference. No challenge is too small to address—whether it’s something recent or lingering, we’re here to work through it together. Just bring your thoughts, and we’ll help you find the clarity and support you need. You don’t have to face it alone.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or struggling with your mental health, seeking support can help you make sense of what you’re experiencing. Whether you know exactly what’s troubling you or feel lost without understanding why, counselling provides a safe space to process your thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll explore what’s behind your feelings, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop strategies for moving forward in a more positive direction.

You can access support in the way that feels most comfortable for you—whether in-person, online, or by phone.

I offer counselling for a variety of mental health concerns, including:

Anxiety
Stress
Depression
Anger
Low Self Esteem
Bereavement
Addiction
Relationship difficulties
Life transitions (divorce, redundancy, menopause, empty nest)

In-Person (F2F) – I offer face-to-face sessions at my office in the centre of Barnstaple. Sessions last for 1 hour.

Online – Online sessions are available, making it easier for those with busy schedules, mobility issues, or caring responsibilities to access support. Alternatively, you may simply feel more comfortable working from the privacy of your own home.

Telephone – Telephone counselling offers the same flexibility as online sessions, and may be a good option for those who don’t feel confident using technology but still wish to access support from home.

If you’re ready to take the next step, please fill out the form below, and I’ll reach out to you soon.
